Credit Check
At All American Property Mgmt., Credit reports are required on all prospective tenants. We examine carefully every single application and reject automatically those who show an eviction on record.
Rent Collections
We will take responsibility for collecting rent from tenants and will make every effort to ensure that tenants pay in full and on time. In case an eviction becomes necessary, all court required documents are prepared by an attorney and filed. Evictions are started on the 4th of each month to quickly process and remove tenants that do not pay.
Cash Flow Analysis
We will provide you quarterly with a revenue & expense “Rent Roll” analysis for a better overview of your investment.
Maintenance and Repairs
We offer the flexibility of using your choice of professionals or to use our licensed and bonded team selected for responsiveness, quality of work, and cost efficiency.
Inspections
Each property will be inspected periodically. This locates possible small repairs saving property owners money on larger repairs. Tenants will know inspections are done so they are on notice to insure the property's condition is on file. Saving owners thousands on repairs!
